Using our 3Green® Design philosophy we create energy efficient designs that provide Comfortable, Healthy and Energy Efficient homes.

Our designers work with you to understand your requirements for the building and budget. We then determine building site features and local code requirements, as well as any energy efficiency incentives available through local, state and federal sources. Our designs incorporate all of these inputs to create the most cost effective yet energy efficient building possible. We will work with your architect to create any special architectural elements you may require.

SEAS building designs are based on a “building as a system” design approach and we engineer all systems to work together - enclosure, ventilation, HVAC, electrical and mechanical systems.

We can provide complete building designs or work collaboratively with your architect and builder.

SEAS Designs also provides Green Building design services for projects that are already underway. These include:

• Plan Review
• Design Consultation
• Energy rating and testing for Energy Star and BPI certification.

We also work directly with architects and contractors to help them create long lasting, high performance building enclosures.
